Shipping

   Yes, at the moment I ship internationally, except for certain countries with stricter policies such as:
any EU country* (excluding the UK), Mexico*, Brazil

PAYMENT

  Payment is accepted through Paypal and Stripe, both of which accept most credit and debit cards.

SHIPPING COSTS

   All shipping is based on fixed costs that are associated with the item's weight class and current USPS prices. All orders come with tracking information upon shipping.

PROCESSING TIMES

  Most in stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1 - 2 weeks (except orders than include a pre-order item). Days I ship out orders vary, but they should never take more than 1 week to be shipped.


PRE-ORDER ITEMS

  Pre-order items will have shipping information included in the description, so please refer to that for an estimated time of delivery. Please note any non pre-order items purchased with a pre-order will be shipped AT THE SAME TIME as the pre-order item(s)!

DELIVERY TIMES

  This depends on your country and postal service! For orders within the US, usually 1-1.5 weeks or less is the normal wait time. Orders to Canada, 2-3 weeks, and orders anywhere else can take up to a month.

RETURN POLICY

Any US order lost in the mail will be replaced for free (as items are available); however international orders will need to re-pay for shipping.

  If you are unhappy with the quality of your item, please contact me and we will work on a refund together.
